Neural Prostheses-Interfacing with the Human Brain & Nervous System
Technology is rapidly advancing which will permit enhanced electronic interfaces with the human brain and peripheral nervous system. These interfaces will be used for two-way communications that replace biological sensory-motor functions. This seminar will describe the form of the emerging technology used to form these connections to the human body.
For this seminar, , Associate Dean of Armour College of Engineering and Professor of Biomedical Engineering, will present his lecture "Neural Prostheses-Interfacing with the Human Brain & Nervous System."
This event is open to all current 91自拍 students. Attendance is mandatory for participants of the Armour R&D Summer Research Immersion Program.
